Joon Homes is a real estate investment firm with a human-centered approach focused on finding win/win solutions for homeowners who are ready to sell their properties and move onto their next stages. Our goal is to benefit our local Lake County communities through revitalizing homes and organically building up neighborhood property values through thoughtful design and careful renovation.

Why “Joon”? The word “Joon” literally means “soul/spirit” and “life”. It is a word that embodies our approach of thoughtful purpose and heart. We know every home’s situation is different. Certain properties hold deep sentimental value, while others are the physical remnants of a past ready-to-be forgotten. At Joon Homes, we pride ourselves on respectful discretion throughout the negotiation process, and create thoughtful design choices that will improve the home and its’ neighborhood value best.

A bit about our Founder: Joining her talents in business and design, Yasamin (Yas) Rahmanparast founded Joon Homes in 2021 after working in both her family’s real estate and construction businesses, as well as in the corporate art and design industry. She earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at University of Miami, her Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) at Savannah College of Art and Design, and received her Florida Real Estate Sales license since 2018. Since 2018, she has been based in Mount Dora, Lake County, Florida, operating a local commercial real estate-based business.
